Is iCloud down?

Have been sending emails on iCloud on phone(via 3G) to help my parents with computer problem and now nothing will send and even iCloud.com(via WIFI on laptop) is telling me there is a connection error. Anyone else getting this? Im in the east coast if it matters.
Maybe it's the new iCloud web features? Doubt it.

Yea I had some problem with it as well few hours back.

yes it was having some issue.
it was taking too long to load.
