As of this morning, I had no new emails, which seemed odd. I also have not received test emails I've sent myself, and I cannot save changes (i.e., to forwarding) on iCloud.com webmail. Apple's statuses say everything is fine, but is anyone else experiencing this?

Apparently I had the same thing happen. I just had like 20 emails come through. Very frustrating.

Ahhhh that makes sense. I had the same thing. I was on the phone with a retailer earlier because I hadn’t gotten an email confirmation, so they sent it again and I still didn’t get it until now.

Sorry to to bump this thread but I just lost push notifications on my iCloud email account on all my devices (iOS 13.5 and macOS 10.14.6) a couple of days ago. I can manually check email and new mail comes in, just no longer pushing.

Also today I lost iCloud Tabs on my mac (the icon is greyed out, was working fine yesterday). Edit: This fixed itself the next day on its own.

I don't know what's going on but these all just started happening without any new updates or installs of any kind. I tried the usual trouble shooting steps, uncheck iCloud Safari and re-check, reboot etc... I'm thinking Apple must be having issues on their end. Though if that's the case, this would be more widespread. Apple shows green on all their services status page.

Anyone else's iCloud services being affected?

I have been having significant issues with iCloud mail for the past few weeks. Basically, I’ll check mail on my iPad or iPhone using the stock Mail app and the app will hang “Checking for mail” when I check my iCloud email (when I know I have new email). It will sporadically work a few times throughout the day but most of the time it just sits there “Checking for mail.” I also have a gmail account that I check using the stock Mail app and that works just fine so it doesn’t seem to be the app. This is also consistent across 2 iPads and 2 iPhones. If I go to iCloud.com webpage to check mail it will usually give me an error message saying it can’t connect. For this reason, I suspect it is an issue on Apple’s side and not an issue with my hardware of the stock Mail app.

Anyone else have this problem? All other iCloud functions are working fine for me. It’s just email that is not working well. I’m coming close to not using it anymore if this keeps up.
