is iCloud inoperable?

I've been trying to sync my Numbers and Pages file thorugh iCloud but in vain.

What's happening is, whether it's on mac or on my iphone, it won't finish uploading files onto the iCloud, which means I can't access on my mac the files that is created on iPhone and vice versa.

Does anyone have same issue so far?

Working fine here. Just tried it using Pages.
