iCloud Is iCloud Tabs Permanently Busted Now?

Still showing weeks-old closed tabs after the .3 updates. For anyone who created a profile, does it keep working correctly after an update?

I created a profile in November and at least that works fine in the .3 updates.

This is one of those tick-tock issues like wifi, Bluetooth, keyboard issues, etc. One update fixes it; the next one breaks it.
