I don't see much talk/excitement regarding 5G on the new iPhone 12, maybe I missed the posts?
I have an Xs and I'm looking to upgrade to an iPhone 12 with 5G on Verizons network. Last year was the only year that I did not upgrade my iPhone since the original in 2007 but this year I would like the slightly bigger screen jump from my 5.8" Xs to the 6.1" iPhone 12 and I was thinking that 5G would be a huge reason to upgrade and to the best of my knowledge, Verizon is not charging any extra for 5G and I can keep my existing unlimited plan I'm currently on. I guess jumping up to WiFi 6 is another box I get to tick
So is 5G going to be noticeably faster or have better signal strength inside buildings that I struggle with now?
