Is it good to run all the way down the battery to calibrate?

Hi, ss it good to run all the way down the battery to calibrate once in a while? Ipad air 2/iphone 6s plus 10.3.3. thanks

I’d say no. Only if you ever need to. I read a lot about leaving it to die completely is more harmful to the battery.

I've run down a battery several time down to 4% sometimes 2% and its been ok..... Don't make a habit of it, but i've done this more than twice...
