Or does Super Monkey Ball give you a headache or do you get sick by 15-20 minutes of playing it?

I don't get a headache but the accelerometer settings are way off....not as accurate as a game such as labyrinth for example.

i actually played super monkey ball on iphone for iphone straight and didnt get a head ache or anything. Once you get better which will probably happen after about 30-40 minutes of play the controls get very easy and you stop getting head aches.

I'm getting a headache from falling off the ledge on level 9 all the time.

And with no save feature, playing level 1 so many times gets tiring and redundant :/.

the controls aren't as bad as people make them out to be. yes at first it takes a bit to get used to, but it didnt take long for me to get use to them. after playing it, it makes sense to me why they are so sensitive. you dont want to have to tilt the phone too much as you are also tilting the screen. If it were less sensitive, people would be complaining that the controls made it hard to actually see the screen. personally, i have no problems with the controls; and i have beaten all levels except level 10 on the last world.

Ahh, so I see... It's not only me, then. I have also heard that Sega will make it so you can set where "neutral" (as in not moving the monkey around at all) is as in how you're positioning the iPhone. That'll come in handy.

I still don't understand why it was number one on the list of top-paid. I should've gotten a racing game.

Because it was an app that Apple showed off when they unveiled the SDK and they have heavily advertised it since.

And yes, I was just thinking last night that SMB is indeed in desperate need of control tweaks and accelerometer adjustments for dead center. Labyrinth has that.
