Is it normal for siri not to talk on iphone?

Siri works on my phone but when i talk and she replys all i see is the letters but not hear her voice is that bad?

There's an option in Settings where you can choose how much she actually responds with voice. I'm not entirely sure if it was in the Siri settings or in the Accessibility settings.
