Is it normal that the right side of the forced trackpad is not working when another finger pushed do

Hi Guys,



When I am working with Photoshop and I hold and click with one finger and use another finger to scroll the right side, my forced trackpad is not working, I've made a Video to make it clear. Is this normal or is my trackpad broken?

It's normal. New MacBook Pro with giant trackpad is also behave like this.

This is related with palm rejection.
