Just want to make sure it is okay before I do it.

I have two 1tb drives in raid 0, they are in bay 2 and 3, I can put them in bay 1 and 2 (put the raid drive that is in bay 3 into bay 1) without problems correct? Just making sure I won't lose my data or "break" the raid or something.. :p

What would happen if you took one drive of the raid out? Would you have to reformat or would it just not recognise the drive?

If nothing changes on the drive, you might possibly get it back in without causing a problem, but most likely you'll kill the array and lose everything.

Raid-0 is basically double risk of losing everything. don't tempt fate, back up (at least) daily.
