Is It Possible To Clone This Out:

Hey folks, just wondering if it would be possible to remove the poles in the following image:

It's a great images I happened to snap, but the poles and freeway sign distract the viewer. I thought about clone stamping it out, but I was wondering if there are any other techniques I could/should use. Or if it's impossible, let me know so I don't waste my time either. It doesn't have to be a perfect removal, but as long as it doesn't distract the eye. If only I was lucky to capture just the Superdome and the billboard. =/

It's alright, I thought about it doing that, but it doesn't have the same personal impact as the original picture =)

Clone stamp is the most likely solution imo. I did the littler bits, I'm not going to take on that red cross billboard. It'd just leave a big spot. Better than nothing I suppose.

Whoa, you didn't have to do it, I was just looking for ideas. But that's exactly what I wanted, the billboard is one of the reasons I love this picture. I wasn't planning on cloning it out.

I suppose it would depend on if the hornyness was derived from my clone-stamping, the :smashf: smiley icon, or the combined phrases "I did the littler bits" and "It'd just leave a big spot" to determine if that is, in fact, odd. Offhand I would say yes.
