Is it possible to connect iPhone to PC via wifi?

my phone is broken at the usb port, and i really need to connect it to a PC, i mean, like connecting with a usb cable (having it show up in the Windows file explorer etc.)
the phone and the PC are in the same wifi.

this is OT. i need to use data recovery software to scan my iphone from a PC for a deleted file, but the usb port is broken so that i can't connect them. i really need to connect them by wireless means (to the extent that the iphone completely trusts this PC) help!
