Is it possible to customize the Emoticons?

I have a Jailbroken 3G and have Freemoji enabled, but the emoticons are ridiculous. There is an entire section of buildings? Who needs emoticons for buildings?
Anyways, I believe I can develop much more useful/relevant emoticons, but i can't seem to find the files when SSHing. Are they png files or hidden in some string file?
I searched all over the internet and couldn't find anyone modding Emoticons on their iphone yet.
Any suggestions?

I don't think you can mod them, because your phone does not transmit the picture from your phone, it transmits the emoji code. So if you sent someone the code for one of the buildings, their phone would display the building emoji. Even if you thought you were sending them a different one.
