I bought a used iPhone and it seems to have been factory reset. But since I'm paranoid by nature I would like to factory reset it again myself before entering any personal information during the setup process.
Is that possible?

You could enter fake information instead of your actual personal information, or just skip entering information as much as possible (you don't even have to sign into iCloud). Once you're finished setting it up as hastily as possible, you can factory reset it yourself. ✌
