Can I do a restore and install IOS 14 as if I was going to sell the device with IOS 14 on it?
I am not selling but want to have a fresh install of IOS 14. Would I need the IPSW file?
Where would I get that? I currently have the profile for the beta program and installed over 13.5.1.

Any help would be appreciated.

Just an afterthought, would a complete wipe of the device delete all of the 13.5.1 files?

You can fresh install, if you get the IPSW files, but can’t tell you were to get it, that’s not on the Dev site, due to rules. There’s ways.

I’m sure a fresh install isn’t anything different than upgrading to iOS 14 and then navigating to settings and doing a erase from the device itself.

Will that get rid of all the ios 13 leftover files?

So not restoring from a backup would still leave files behind? I thought the erase all content and settings was no different.

Reset All Settings isn’t the same as DFU/Recovery restore. Many issues that can be fixed through DFU can’t be fixed any other way. And vice versa.
