So I got my i7 iMac and at first everything was great with it, apart from the loud HDD which I was not bothered about. But recently I booted it up and it had 4 dead pixels, I phoned Apple up and they arranged a replacement.
But now I've been thinking more, I really do not want the i7 anymore, I would much rather have a Macbook Pro.
Now my replacement has not arrived yet, not even shipped yet, but I have sent my defective i7 back.
So would it be possible for me to get a refund without paying a restocking fee? Also, how much is the restocking fee?
Thanks in Advance!
