is it possible to get alert style banner notification in lockscreen?

instead of the popup?

i set text messages alert style to banner but in the lockscreen i still get the popup




also is there a way to make the banner alert to stay on top until i touch it to make it go away


in notified pro (cydia tweak) the banner would stay on top

you could hit it once to make it go away

or you could hit it twice to open that app

I don't know of anyway to do what you're saying, there isn't much on the customisation front though it is early days and I could see the features popping up in later versions.
