Is it possible to get openssh without cydia/installer ?

Okay , i live in a place without 3G in my area , and i dont have wifi . So my question is , is it possible to get OpenSSH without using Cydia or Installer ? Coz i wanna use iPhone Tunnel Suite to change my theme and have fun with my iphone 3G .
