is it possible to have a voice changing app for phone calls?

I looked into this and found that when the phone call is active the Phone app 'locks' the microphone so that your application cannot record from it.

There may be a loophole that I didn't find though...

it possible but you have to jailbreak, it call spoofapp3g in cydia. it's voip you can record call, change voice, change your caller id #
