Hi all,

I am quite new to the app world so sorry in advance for the dumb question.
I plan to conduct a market research for which I would need an app that generates pop-ups when a certain action in another app is performed (e.g. an uber driver is rated in the uber app).

Is it possible to do that both in iOS??

Thank you so much in advance!

Yes, but only for Apps that specifically allow it. You can't just overtake another app at random, as that would be a major security issue.
