Other Is it possible to preorder for monthly payments in UK?

The prices with EE are obscene these days, I'm currently paying £82 and upgrade prices for the Xs are currently £90 minimum.

I'm thinking of going to SIM only for £21 and going to Apple for monthly payments of £56.50 (not the upgrade programme).

I know this is in store only, but does anyone know if I'll be able to pre-order using it? Can you pre-order in store? If so, will they only be able to start taking pre-orders in person from 1pm?

Last year when pre-orders went live you are able to make an in-store reservation where you can then sign up for monthly payments or pay in full on the 20th. I don't believe you've ever been able to pre-order instore, you'll need to do it on apple.com or using the Apple store app.
