Is it possible to put a Radeon 9800 Pro from a PowerMac G5 into a PowerMac G4?

Hi everyone. I'm looking to upgrade either a Digital Audio, Quicksilver, or Mirrored Drive Door PowerMac G4. I've got everything decided except the video card. I've stumbled upon a really good deal on a Radeon 9800 Pro. Given that it has an ADC port I'm assuming that it's out of a PowerMac G5. Is it possible to put this card in a G4? Thanks.

Absolutely, but you'll need to tape pins.

As Erik pointed out, there is one pin that cannot come in contact with the G4 or else it will fail to work. Said pin is the G4'd ADC pin spot iirc.

Depending on which G4 you have, a Radeon 9600 from a G5 might work if you tape the 3 and 11 pins.
