I am currently trying to make my device able to tether:
https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/1835098/

I am hoping that if I jailbreak there will be something that can allow me to tether bypassing the tmobile monthly 2.5gb limit with my unlimited internet for the phone.

With that said if I jailbreak 7.0.6 will I be able to restore it back to the way it was if I ever need to?

You can use iLexRat, to keep 7.0.6 and clean jailbreak. As for restore, see above...

In the past I think it was with 4.3.5 I was never able to get it restored back.
It bricked every time and would only turn back on if I rejailbroke it for 4.3.5

I just want to make certain my phone does not become garbage

Copy and Pasting. I don't need the hotspot thing to pop up in my settings. It is already there. I need to create a hotspot so tmobile thinks I am just using my regular phone internet.
Maybe one of you can help me:

"My job requires me to travel a lot. To a lot of places that don't have wifi or any type of easily usable way for me to connect to the internet. For the past year I have used about 30gb a month tethering my iPhone 5s running iOS 7.0.6 on the Tmobile network. Just using the regular tethering. All of a sudden my tethering was shut off. I called Tmobile and they told me it was a "glitch" that I had been able to use so much tethering every month. I was informed that I can only use 2.5gb per month. Even though I pay for unlimited internet from them. I leave for an important trip tomorrow night where I will need to use the internet for everything I do.

Does anyone know a workaround to make my phone able to tether again? So it only thinks it is using internet on the phone and not tethering.
5 years ago I jailbroke my old 3gs and was able to trick AT&T so I that I could tether without them knowing. I am sure something is possible to do for Tmobile on a 5s.
There are many guides and how to videos explaining how to do this easily with a android device that is rooted. But I cannot find the equivalent for the iPhone.

Any help is much appreciated. If I need to Jailbreak my device I just need to be certain I can restore it to the way it originally was eventually.
Thanks in advance"

Here are examples of people making it work on android devices:
