Is it possible to set a certain contact to ignore "silent/airplane mode" and ring anyways?

I know several people who are very sick and I would like to make it so that if they text or call me, it rings or dings even if my phone is on silent mode. So they can reach me 24//7 if they are having a crisis.

ideally I would like to create a group in my contacts and apply these settings to everyone in that group, but I could do it individually as well. Any way that works.

I just found in the contact settings for individual contacts, there is an "emergency bypass" toggle that makes the phone ring even in silent or airplane mode. And you can toggle it on/off for calls and texts. So this should work great!

If only I could do the same with WhatsApp now too...
