Is it possible to share albums from Photos to Facebook and/or Flickr?

I’m still using iPhoto. The main reason I didn’t update is that I heard that the syncing tools for Flickr and Facebook (which allowed an album to automatically post to either of those places) were not in Photos. I just recently realised that it’s no longer possible to sync an album from iPhoto to Facebook. But I can still post an album directly to Flickr.

Yes. Select the Album in the Sidebar, and there should be a Share icon on the Toolbar. Facebook and Flickr are available for me.
