I am away and don't have a network switch.
I have internet via the hotel router.

Can I somehow share this internet with my other 2 devices (Tablet and Mobile)?

Depends...

If by "hotel router" you mean "ethernet port in the room," then yes. Take a look in System Preferences -> Sharing -> Internet Sharing. Your Mac can essentially become a wireless router for situations like you describe. I've done it with success for years with both ethernet connections and LTE modem connections.

If you're on the hotel wifi, however, you'd need a second wireless radio to share.

DJLC is correct. If you're main system (notebook) is plugged into your hotel rooms ethernet port, you can use your Sharing preferences to create a "hotspot" by using that systems WiFi to share or send a signal out. Then connect your other devices to that WiFi signal. Done.
