Hello, I guess with a lighting-hdmi adapter, I could connect the iPhone to a large screen monitor. With bluetooth, I could connect it to a good stereo sound system (any recommended one to produce 3d surround sound?). Any good recommendation on joystick? I prefer those large joysticks found in Arcade Game Centers.

What will be used to replace the small touch screen? If the game requires me to drag the screen, double tap the screen or use 3D touch, what can be used to replace these ?

Wouldn't an Xbox1 or PS4 be a much better option, not to mention much cheaper, and they don't run on batteries.

Usually I don't play games and try to avoid spending extra money buying games for two platforms.
