Generally I wait always nearly a year before updating to a new IOS or macOS... mostly a wait just until the very last version.

Concerning IOS 13, it seems to me this might be better again or am I wrong?

The postings here about a lot of different malfunctions although already V. 23.4 is released is indeed astonishing...

What do you think?

iOS 13.4 seems to work fine on my iPhone 6S+, 2016 iPad Pro and iPhone SE. There is nothing catastrophic that I have noticed. It seems to work as well as iOS 12 did for me. Some people are doing a backup, clean install and restore from backup. That is how I did my upgrade to iOS 13 using iTunes on my Mac.

I waited until iOS 13.4 was released before I upgraded.

Thank you very much!

Will do it like you (will be my very first „clean“ install ever).
