Is It Required To Have A Mac to create Apps?

Like, i was reading information on it at the Apple store and the very first step was like, 'Develop On Your Mac', and i'm like, ugh!

So if i want to create an App on my PC, is there a website that shows the steps.

No, it's not possible at all on a PC. The necessary tools just don't work.

You can develop apps for jailbroken phones/ipod's, but not for the app store, on PC's
