Not as many people with 11" models reported the issue with iTunes, but to my knowledge, Apple's fix specifically addressed only the 13" model and doesn't appear through Software Update on the 11" (though you can download it manually from Apple's support website).

However, note that the update does not address the gaming graphics performance issues that some have reported with 10.6.7.

Still a lot of people have very degraded game performance with 10.6.7 (see all the other threads about it here on this forum), and apple haven't released a patch/fix for that yet. If you do any gaming on the Air, do NOT update to 10.6.7 yet. Framerates seem to degrade to less than half of 10.6.6.

No one has figured out why yet? (like specifically what's causing the drop in framerate?)

If you're a gamer, I wouldn't download it. If you aren't, then it is perfectly good.

Apple's trying to prepare all you gamers for what it'd be like with a SB IGP in there...

...okay, just joking. Conspiracy hat off. ;)

After getting slow & crappy performance on my 13" ultimate on 10.6.7, i need to spend 1 whole night to clean install back to 10.6.4 and then upgrade it to 10.6.6 combo and then install each and every softwares... (didn't use the time machine the 1st time round, learn my mistake).

I will be using 10.6.6 and wait for the 10.6.8 update. Hopefully, it is better than 10.6.7 (crappiest update from Apple ever)

Do a superduper or cc cloner backup (the system and applications) first I would say

I had to reinstall snow leopard (on top of everything which took 30 mins after putting in the usb, which all things considered isn't that bad) after the updates as it seemed it would not turn up (after having reset prams etc, etc).

Of course I did then re-download the updates and had it installed again so so far so good.

but it's made me more weary of potential updates. :apple:
