Is it safe to make the fans spins fast for a long time on my 2018 MBP ?

My MBP 13'' 2018 rarely get noisy but recently I am playing a game that makes the fan noisy.

I play for like 45 minutes each time I game and the fan makes noise during that time. I do game about 3-4 time a day.

Will this harm my MBP or is it safe ?

Also, When I finish gaming and close the lid, The lid (back of screen) is always hot when I touch it, This is rarely happens before.

Is that okay ?

Intel Macs run pretty warm. You should be fine. Your Mac has a range of temps it can safely operate. If it ever gets too warm, it would let you know.

Does that also apply to the screen ?

The back of the screen is hot, And that maybe the first time it happen.

No they will run fine and Intel machines normally spin up high anyway under regular use.
