Is it safe??

Alright, this is a two part question here and I need some help. For the past couple of months, I have been dying to get my hands on a copy of XP to install on my iMac so I can play Microsoft FSX, and a couple of other games. First question, is it safe to buy a copy of XP off ebay?? I can't find it in stores anymore and from what I've seen, there are some great deals to be had there compared to getting Vista at a store.

Second part, do I need any security software installed when I run XP. The only thing I'm going to use it for is playing games. No web surfing etc. Just game playing. Hoping someone can help me out on this.

And if I do need security software, is there any around that can be 'dual purpose' where I can run is on Leopard and XP.

I've heard that FSX actually runs faster on Windows Vista.

Get yourself a copy of Windows 7 RC1 you be set for while. I believe it will work until sometime next year. I am running FSX with it and it works great!
