looks legit. like really really legit. well, if you get scammed, then you know that your luck is worse than bad luck brian lol
They're just selling asian stock sent to Australia, but I would personally just buy from the edu store, it's only $500 more and Apple customer service is great if you have a problem with the initial purchase.
I bought a CTO Macbook Pro 15" with 1TB SSD. Was a $3200 purchase, and when I didn't need it anymore they refunded it without question. It was even outside the 14 day window.

I'd been watching that one but ended up getting a bargain deal on a mint '09 so upgraded it instead.
With the warranty, I've bought Apple stuff from overseas and never had a problem getting support here.
