Got it. Do you do some demanding tasks for work/school that requires a beefier laptop? Then getting the refurb M1 MBP right away is alright.

Although if you’re getting by with your MBA without any issues then maybe wait a month to get the new M2 MBA or MBP.

Wallet wise and tech wise, it is a wise decision. Also, an M1 still runs circles around several of the trash CPUs Intel has put out recently.
