It’s $59. How much is your peace of mind (plus coverage for accidental damage and battery replacement) worth to you?

My personal policy is I get AppleCare for products over $500.

$79 to replace. How likely? No one can say. (I’ve had battery replacements on my iPad and iPhone.)

All depends on usage of course. My very used Sennheiser Momentum overears are now on their fourth year, and the battery is around 2/3s of its original capacity. I’ll guess that it’ll be at least 4 years before I need a replacement battery on my APMs.

Good for you. I guess the battery life of AirPods Max may be shorter as Apple likes to do things to make people to buy new or pay for Apple Care.
