Is it worth trading my PC for a 2006 Mac Pro

Ok so here is the trade:

My PC Specs:
Intel Pentium G2030
Nvidia GT 610
4gb DDR3 Ram
250gb HDD
Windows 8.1
Plus I'll throw in $50

The Mac Pro
2 Xeon X5355s
ATI Radeon HD 5870
9Gb DDR2 Ram
500GB HDD
Mac OSX Lion

Is it worth it? This is for a PC for my little brother. He will use it for Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and playing minecraft and League of Legends.

The Mac Pro is wayy older, but it has a better GPU and more ram

Not only the gpu and ram are better but also the CPU, Dual Xeon, 8 cores. that will make the pentium look like an arm processor!

The dual Xeons are worse when it comes to single threaded performance but in multi the xeon is way better, also if you plan to play games the Xeons will be better.

Overall the upgrade is more then worth
