Our engineering teams are absolutely aware of the current connectivity problems with iTunes Connect. Resolving these issues are currently their top priority. I can assure you both that we care deeply about resolving this issue and that folks are actively working on this.

So big that, it seems to me, they've removed the iTunes Connect link from the Dev Center sidebar.whatever the problem is it's certainly a big one.
"Routine maintenance is being performed on the Sales/Trend reporting module. Please expect processing delays for 24-Sep and 25-Sep reports."and also their sales reports are not updating today either
