I saw two reviews on the app store saying that the app could lead to you getting hacked. Is this true?

The app sounds amazing and I don't mind the price I just want to make sure my behind is covered.

No... AFAIK its not! But I cannot cite any sources!

P.S.: If you're only interested in the app and have no NECESSITY I'd suggest Mocha VNC Lite... works well for me and is free!
 
VNC lite looks nice. I want to turn my phone into a remote for the computer and seeing the screen from distances is nice too. I just want to make sure I am not doing something retarded.

Although all apps are signed off by apple, you'd think this would be a good sign.
