I'm just getting back to Mac computers and had assumed I'd want a more full featured mail program than comes with the mac(gettting a pb15)

After looking at the Mail info on Apple's site it looks pretty good... I have a smal (2 person) business and want to be able to see my own schedule/mail as well as my wife's and son's on our network. Will the included Apple programs do the job?

I used Now Contact/Up to Date many years ago. What reason did you go to another program?

EDIT:
Meant to clarify my ? before but ran out of time...
I'm really asking: Do you find Mail/iCal to be sufficient for scheduling/email/contact management? If not, what do other programs do better?

Im far from an expert, but couldnt you just use iCal to publish your schedules/subscribe to them? Mail obviously works best when you fully utilise iCal and Address Book.
