Is Mooojo legit or scam?

Has anyone tried Mooojo? It is supposed to be an ad sponsored lottery (aka free lottery). I downloaded the app earlier but only tried it couple of times. After you watch a half-a-minute ad, they will give you one lottery entry for free. This app sounds too good to be true, so I wonder if anyone has tried it and received actual money from the company?

Sounds to me like the perfect way to sucker people into watching advertisements. And, of course, the reviews are going to praise the app, that's the purpose of fake reviews.

Companies that have the money and can afford to give it away.. didn't make that money by giving it away.
