Is my 2013 Imac upgradeable from Catalina to Big Sur?

My "System Preferences->Software Update" doesn't provide the option (says I'm fully up-to-date with my Catalina).

I have the same iMac as you (except mine have 8gb of ram).
That said, the iMac is not compatible with Big Sur, but you could use a patcher. I've been with it for 2-3 months and so far there's no problem.
