Is my harddrive bad?

Lately my 1 month old iMac is taking about 17 minutes to boot up. Well I did a verify disk on it and I got this error message. Is my harddrive bad?

It could be. I'm assuming you just opened Disk Utility while in OSX. If this is the case, you should get your restore discs that came with the iMac, and put Disc 1 into your CD drive, reboot, and boot from the disk by holding down "C". From there, you should be able to get to Disk Utility and repair the hard drive.
