Is my Health data going to be transfered from iCloud back to my iPhone if I choose to setup as new?

I have backed up everything to iCloud and I want to restore my iPhone as new, however I am not sure if Health data will be restored like keyboard shortcuts, dictionary and such. Did any of you have tried doing it?

Yes, all Health/Fitness data in copied, but if you use iTunes you MUST encrypt to get it.

Well, I backed it up, restored as new and there's no Health data. At least I made copies of it, so I can add it manually.

Health data will only be added back if you restore from an iCloud backup or encrypted iTunes backup. It is not stored separately in iCloud.
