Is my icloud full?

So a little weird question perhaps but I honestly have no idea if my backup is too big for my 5gig and if I should buy more space.

I had an old phone that filled up the entire 5gb. Got a new one and realized I hadn't backed it up ever since icloud was full from the old phone. I removed the old phone from my icloud using the PC panel.

Now, a month later it still says I have 5gb space when I sign into icloud.com. My question is if it doesn't upload anything to the cloud if the entire first backup is bigger than 5gb?

Says nothing about any backup. My icloud is completely empty.

Try doing a manual backup to iCloud. You'll be notified of any problems.
