I’m born and raised in NY and thats where my Apple ID was created, but I’ve been traveling around Asia the last year and have been backing up to iCloud...

...then I read that Apple is “complying” with some of the (invasive, Ayn Rand Apocalypse) privacy laws for its China data servers.

How do I know which iCloud servers my data is stored on!?

Is my data potentially compromised if I uploaded in, for example, Taipei or Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Singgapore or the Philippines?

No, it's not. Your account is based in the US so it's not affected by this change.

Your data is surely sitting on nazi servers at the moment, and your private life used to make up fake background stories for nazi infiltrators planning to take over the world.
