Hey I just got an iPhone 4 a month ago and I am very new to this Apple world, never owned an iPhone but now even though I had previously owned an iPod Touch. Anyways, I feel like the battery is draining really quick even though most of the apps are use require internet, like Twitter, Facebook, and others. I have Wi-fi off all the time, as well as the location services and the mail to push manually instead of automatically. The brighteness is somewhat to the minimum and I just try not to use the phone a lot. Anyways here's a photo of the usage.

That seems pretty normal if you use 3g a lot. What percent did you charge it at? iPhone battery % is not reliable. It might drain from 100-20% really fast and then take forever to drain the last 20%, or it might take forever to drain from 100-20, then drain the last 20 extremely fast, etc.

I started to charge it when it was less than 10%

FYI 3G uses more battery than wifi so if you have wifi use it! If its not available then yes shut it off. In my experience location services doesn't suck allot of battery...what I did is disable it for the apps I don't particularly care to have wasting my battery but leave it on for maps and FindMyiPhone for obvious reasons.

That was my usage the other day it was pretty heavy in fact but I had my brightness at about 35%~ and allot of internet browsing on both 3G AND WiFi, I took the screen shot right as I was about to head off to bed after a long day as you can see!. You don't have to go crazy with disabling features because then it starts to ruin the phone experience. Trial and error, so disable little things first and see how it goes and adjust from there.
