Is there anyone out there who knows how to find out if my iPhone 7 was a device that was returned to store for a refund? It's a Jet Black that I bought at the start of the month and the UK didn't have many of those models left.

A link or something would be super handy XD
Bumps appreciated too lol

Yes it was - but I read somewhere earlier this month (can't remember where) that Apple redistributed devices that were returned.

not in new white boxes. apple is very vague about what they do with returned devices, and some parts are recycled but those end up in replacement phones. the returned iphones end up at the genius bar as replacements (but everything on the outside of the phone is replaced) and the returned macs end up on the refurbished section of apple's website

if there was some conspiracy...

you wouldn't know about it

aka

you have a new iphone
