When I restarted my Mac Pro, on system log always written: May 8 12:44:22 localhost kernel[0]: hi mem tramps at 0xffe00000

Is my memory really broken?

Any help/idea would be highly appreciated, Thank you.

i can't interpret your panic log for you, but system log would always write hi mem --- at restart, ram broken or not.

but i would try to reseat the ram on your mac pro, and... check them pair by pair?

The memory has been known to work loose during transit.
You've got nothing to lose by reseating it.

The panic log does indicate a memory problem - first line says it all. Do you have your Mac Pro in a warm environment or an enclosed space. Heat could cause this problem. If not... if it's the memory that came in the machine from Apple, take the machine back to Apple.

If the system is stable for a long enough time, you could try an app like Memtest to check your RAM. You can find it on Versiontracker, for example.

You shouldn't throw adice like this around lightly (pun intended) :) Under AppleCare, Apple is obligated to send a tech to your house. No need to drag the Mac Pro out of its cozy little nook.

I don't think applecare is gonna go to your house for this. You'd have to drag this baby along.

Maybe in the US, but it's unlikely for that to happen in Canada unless your a big business with many a Mac Pro. I'd rather take it in then to haggle with Apple about onsite coverage.

Oh I think they will. I quote from here:

"The AppleCare Protection Plan includes up to three years of onsite service for desktop computers.* The plan also provides global repair coverage, which can be very important if you travel abroad. Apple-authorized technicians perform repairs using genuine Apple parts."

"*Onsite service is available for many desktop computers if the location of the Covered Equipment is within 50 miles/80 kilometers radius of an Apple authorized onsite service provider located in the United States or Canada. Apple will dispatch a service technician to the location of the Covered Equipment. Service will be performed at the location, or the service technician will transport the Covered Equipment to an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple repair service location for repair. If the Covered Equipment is repaired at an Apple Authorized Service Provider or Apple repair service location, Apple will arrange for transportation of the Covered Equipment to your location following service. If the service technician is not granted access to the Covered Equipment at the appointed time, any further onsite visits may be subject to an additional charge. "
