Is Newton Mail really the best mail ios app ?

Loved it (well, CloudMagic) on my android. After them changing to Newton I ditched it. I use Spark now
It lacks a lot of feature and the main thing I hated about it is the annoying way to attach files from cloud services on an iPhone.
Airmail, Spark, EasilyDo E-mail are great third party apps.
Here is also a list of a lot of apps I created a while ago but was updated quite a bit a few weeks ago.
I'm not sure what the problem is with tapping on the "add attachment " document picker. What better implementation do all these clients share?
I was however originally asking the OP. I am of course aware that other apps differ in features, I just don't understand what makes you hate (a strong word) the documents attachment process.
It's currently only got 2 * so it can't be that good.
I like easilydo but they need to sort out a way to unthread emails. Airmail seems to use more battery so currently I'm back on Outlook.

Email by Easylido isn't perfect. Nor is Spark Nor is Airmail. The main reasons to stick with Email by Easylido is the UI and that it shows attachments above a message. I asked Airmail and Spark many times to add this feature but I still haven't seen it. I don't like the fact that e-mails which are handled by Outlook are handled by the own servers.
On my iPhone 5s I have to process it like this which is really annoying. Spark, Airmail and Email by Easylido handle it the same way as it does on an iPad with Apple Mail app so with showing a paperclip and selecting the cloud storage/photo location. Spark also has a great advantages to select multiple files from Dropbox or select multiple photos from the Photos app.

49$ a year is not a lot if your work depends on email.
I have 9 email accounts of various types (Office365, IMAP, iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo) and for me it works very well.

Just started the trial again. Support is quick but £30 still seems a lot for an email program (not for work). Airmail frustrated me with the length of time it takes to update after telling you a new mail has arrived. Couldn't really make Polymail work for me, don't know why. Spark is ok but I always seem to end up back on stock Mail.
Will give the two week trial of Newton an open go and then see if it justifies the cost.

The only thing I don't like it Newton can't become the default email client therefore you can't click on a email and send one.
Apart from cost, my main issue with Newton is not being able to move to the next item after an inbox action. However this is where I found out how quick their support is. They responded within about 10 mins to say it is something they are looking at.
I'm still not convinced by these (relatively) large sum subscriptions but I suppose if you break it down to per month, it's reasonable. I've just bitten the bullet after months of prevarication and purchased a year of Informant 5 so Newton may follow that.
