Is Safari Quit Bug Fixed in ML?

Often when I quit Safari in Lion, it immediately re-opens if I had it in full screen mode when I quit (and the app is completely unresponsive, too, after it re-opens). Does anyone know if this as been fixed in ML?

No problem here, but I am not able to reproduce it on 10.7.4 either.

Thanks. It happens frequently for me, especially when I quit with multiple tabs open. Mid-2010 13" MBP.
